Shipping
At Infinite Riley Designs, we are committed to providing you with the best service possible. Please allow 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your items to be shipped, though it may be sooner. Rest assured, all orders are shipped via USPS from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you for your convenience.
For deliveries within the USA, expect your package to arrive within 5-7 business days after shipping. If you paid with an e-check through PayPal, your order will be shipped once the payment clears.
If you haven't received a tracking number after 3 business days, please check your junk/spam folder. If it's not there, email us, and we'll be happy to assist.
After your order is shipped, any shipping-related issues must be handled through the USPS. You can contact them at usps.com or call (800) 275-8777. If your shipment is marked as "DELIVERED" but you haven't received it, reach out to your local post office for assistance. Unfortunately, we cannot resolve delivery issues as they are managed by the USPS.
We take pride in creating unique items, and each order is made to order, resulting in variations in bleach patterns. If you're not satisfied with your order, please email us, and we'll do our best to make it right.
